The results of the last CD Poll are in:

Should the FBI, after obtaining a Federal Search Warrant, be allowed to search the property of a sitting Member of Congress?

  • Yes, of course. They’re not above the law.: 94% (15)
  • No, it violates the separation of powers between the branches of government.: 6% (1)

I think everyone is pretty much agreed on this topic, although whether or not she’ll actually be indicted is an open question, given that the investigation for this simple offense is entering its third month.
